This hybrid role of Head of Instructional Design Support is primarily based in Washington, DC, with the flexibility of partial remote work. In this position, the individual will oversee instructional design support programs, lead strategic initiatives, and ensure seamless technical and customer support workflows. The role includes analyzing data for improved program efficiency, managing ongoing educational projects, and optimizing communication processes across teams to enhance instructional delivery and support.
- Proficiency in Technical Support and Customer Support to ensure seamless assistance and troubleshooting for users.
- Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating data and enhancing program efficiency and outcomes.
- Experience in Program Management, including handling multiple projects, setting priorities, and meeting deadlines.
- Exceptional Communication skills for effectively collaborating with diverse stakeholders and teams.
- Demonstrated leadership ability in instructional design or education-related fields.
