Description
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Audit procurement records
- Analyze usage data
- Identify items for ‘standard’ classification
- Participate in data cleansing and standardization of disparate inventory data
- Support population ACLDS implementation
- Participate in configuration management support and processes
- Assist with FAR compliance of existing and prospective agreements
- Provide market research and vendor communication
- Provide prospective solicitation development
- Provide financial and cost analysis support
- Current and active DOE Q Clearance/Top Secret Clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related discipline.
- Seven to ten (7-10) years of experience analyzing large data sets
- Required experience with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) contract processes
- Superior communication, organizational, interpersonal, and writing skills.
- Master’s degree in business administration
- Experience with DOE/NNSA
