About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to lead and manage our Ocala office as part of a rapidly growing firm with multiple locations throughout the state of Florida. This is a fully in-office position for a motivated attorney who is confident in handling both pre-litigation and litigation matters and is prepared to oversee day-to-day office operations and staff management.


As we continue to expand across Florida, we are looking for a leader who can maintain high standards of client service while contributing to the firm’s ongoing growth. The ideal candidate is organized, client-focused, and comfortable managing a full caseload from intake through resolution, including trial preparation when necessary. This role combines hands-on legal work with meaningful leadership responsibility within a dynamic and growing organization.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a personal injury caseload from pre-suit through litigation
  • Conduct case evaluations and develop legal strategies
  • Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, and discovery
  • Take and defend depositions
  • Attend hearings, mediations, and trials
  • Negotiate settlements in pre-litigation and litigation phases
  • Oversee and manage the Ocala office staff
  • Ensure office performance aligns with firm standards and client service expectations
  • Maintain strong client communication and case management practices


Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
  • Active license to practice law in Florida and in good standing
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in personal injury law
  • Strong negotiation and case management skills
  • Proven courtroom and deposition experience
  • Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in-office in Ocala, FL
  • Bilingual English/Spanish desired
