Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Physical Therapist. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for evaluating patient conditions, developing and implementing customized treatment plans, and providing physical therapy and rehabilitation services. The role also includes collaborating with other healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes and ensuring comprehensive documentation of care plans and progress.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Physical Therapy, Rehabilitation, and Patient Care
- Strong assessment and treatment planning skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for patient and team interaction
- Ability to work efficiently in a collaborative healthcare setting
- Physical Therapist licensure in the state of Florida
Schedule
- 10-hour shift
- Monday to Thursday
- 8:00am-7:00pm
- Work Locations: Gainesville, Ocala and/or Lake City.
- Part time also considered

Salary: $90,000-$110,000 based on experience
