All Singing Servings will audition for our singing committee and must have prepared 1 slow song and 1 upbeat song that is memorized and performed confidently.
Duties
- Provide attentive, friendly service to guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they arrive.
- Sing and entertain guests during their dining experience, creating a lively and engaging environment.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Toast POS or Micros POS, processing sales transactions efficiently.
- Upsell menu items, including appetizers, and our delicious desserts.
- Serve food and beverages with professionalism.
- Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a memorable experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations; assist with pre-bussing tables and setting up dining areas as needed.
- Maintaining a full time schedule including Sundays.
Experience
- Previous food service experience in restaurants or hospitality environments is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast POS or Micros POS for processing transactions accurately.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables (4-6) efficiently while maintaining high energy levels.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor that engages guests through singing and interaction.
- Basic math skills for processing cash transactions and handling sales accurately; understanding of food safety protocols is essential.
