The Role
We are seeking an experienced digital marketing SEM/SEO specialist to join our growing agency team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our clients' search engine success. You will take ownership of developing, executing, and optimizing both paid (SEM) and organic (SEO) search strategies across various industries. What You’ll Do
- Paid Search Management: Plan, build, and optimize highly scalable paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, ensuring target budgets are paced and spent efficiently.
- SEO Strategy: Lead organic search initiatives, including technical website audits, architecture recommendations, and backlink strategies to improve SERP rankings.
- Keyword & Copy Development: Conduct deep-dive keyword research and write compelling ad copy, executing tests to continuously improve click-through and conversion rates.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with account executives, web developers, and content creators to ensure SEO/SEM best practices are seamlessly integrated into websites and social media presence.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor visibility, traffic, and campaign performance, translating complex data into clear, actionable reports for business owners.
- Client Support: Occasionally join sales or client calls to provide technical campaign insights, acting as our in-house search subject matter expert.
What You Bring
- Experience: 2 to 3 years of professional, hands-on experience in SEO and SEM.
- Certifications: Active Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications.
- Platform Knowledge: Strong proficiency with Google Ads & Analytics platforms. We would also consider paid social media experience (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) as a major plus!
- Analytical Mindset: A strong ability to read the data, identify optimization opportunities, and pivot strategies based on client needs without requiring close supervision.
- Attention to Detail: We specialize in quality over quantity, preferring someone who is detail oriented and checks their work for mistakes.
