You’ll be a part of a team where every day is challenging, and your organizational skills will be honed.Responsibilities and Requirements:Seasoned Accountant with a Minimum 5 years of Commercial or Retail Property Management Accounting experience REQUIREDCAM Reconciliation knowledge and experience is a MUSTCAM AuditDue diligence projectsNew Property set upDetailed experience in budgeting, forecasting, forensic accounting project managementReconcile and analyze General Ledger AccountsMonth-End ClosingBank ReconciliationsSet up new leases in accounting system; review leases; interpret lease agreements and accounts for impacts of lease provision and clauses; review lease brief to reconcile tenant billings account (NNN/Base Year CAM’s)Proven Ability to Communicate Professionally with ClientsYardi, MRI, Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat Experience RequiredWell organized with attention to detail and ability to carry out tasks independentlyDemonstrates the ability to identify issues and apply accounting principlesMust be tech-savvy and be knowledgeable about remote loginsMust have the necessary equipment and tools for the employee to perform his/her duties which includes computer hardware, computer software, email, voicemail and other applicable equipment deemed necessaryMust have a designated workstation that is not accessible to others (for remote applicants)College degree preferredBenefits:We value our employees' time and efforts.
