What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lube Tech position at Meineke?
We are seeking an experienced Lube Tech/Service Advisor to perform Automotive repairs and Provide great customer service
Must have worked in an Auto Shop or been to Automotive school
Applicants with no experience or Automotive school training will not be considered
Responsibilities
- Oil Changes, Flushes, Brakes, Alignments, Tires,
- Conduct full vehicle safety inspection on all vehicles and document observations
- Answer phones
- Write up repair orders
- Cash out customers
- Communicate additional needed repairs and services
- Maintain high customer service expectations and satisfaction
Qualifications
- Experience in an auto shop
- Must be dependable and goal oriented
- Valid Drivers License
