Overview

Duties
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.
- Troubleshoot complex machinery issues using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools such as ammeters and ohmmeters.
- Repair or replace defective components in mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems to restore equipment functionality promptly.
- Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to document work orders, maintenance history, and equipment performance data.
- Conduct welding (including welding) and precision measurements to ensure proper alignment and safety standards are met.
- Read electrical blueprints and schematics for troubleshooting electrical systems and programming logic controllers (PLCs).
- Support field service activities by diagnosing issues on-site at various manufacturing locations and providing technical solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience working in a manufacturing facility environment with strong industrial mechanic skills.
- Knowledge of electrical diagnostics, electrical troubleshooting, and electrical blueprint reading.
- Hands-on experience with HVAC/R systems, high voltage electrical systems, and low voltage controls.
- Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics, and engineering troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to operate precision measuring instruments such as ammeters, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools effectively.
- Experience with hydraulics, pneumatic systems troubleshooting, equipment repair, welding (including welding), and industrial maintenance practices.
- Strong analysis skills coupled with customer service orientation when supporting internal teams or external clients.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals, schematics, and engineering drawings accurately.
- Relevant certifications or experience in industrial electrician work or military technical roles is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English; ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
