Key Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile vendor invoices and statements with precision.
- Prepare approved payments via check, credit card or ACH.
- Maintain accurate accounts payable tracking and monthly summaries.
- Assist with accounts receivable tasks including payment tracking and bank deposits.
- Manage incoming mail, emails, and phone communications efficiently.
- Reconcile credit cards and bank statements.
Office Support Duties
- Order, distribute, and coordinate supplies across multiple locations.
- Support vendor setup, errands, and general administrative tasks.
- Assist with month-end reviews and financial reporting.
Qualifications & Skills
- Preferred experience in accounts payable or accounting.
- Proficient in Excel; familiarity with Sage or similar software is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
