As the Center Manager, you are the "CEO" of your shop. You’ll be the bridge between our talented technicians and our valued customers.
- Lead with Impact: Coach your team to peak performance, holding them accountable to high standards of quality and productivity.
- Master the Metrics: Use the "DRIVE" model to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) like ARO (Average Repair Order), car count, and technician efficiency.

✅ What You Bring to the Table
- Experience: 3 years of Management experience and retail sales background.
- Education: Minimum of an Associate’s Degree or equivalent.
- Skills: Advanced proficiency with PCs (Microsoft Office Suite) and a valid operator’s license.
- Mindset: You can read and interpret financial data, but you also know how to treat people with professional warmth.
- Automotive industry experience is preferred but not required—we value great leadership above all!
