What You’ll Do
As a Customer Service Specialist, you’ll be the vital link between our operations and customers. Your role includes:
✔ Handling customer inquiries and calls with professionalism
✔ Managing support requests and ensuring timely resolutions
✔ Collaborating with internal teams to deliver outstanding service
✔ Maintaining accurate records and utilizing CRM tools effectively
✔ Identifying customer needs and cross-selling a variety of transportation and logistics solutions, including truckload, brokerage, and warehousing services
✔ Building strong relationships to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue opportunities
What We’re Looking For
✅ Strong communication and problem-solving skills
✅ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and CRM systems
✅ High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred)
✅ 2 years of customer service experience; logistics experience is a plus
✅ Positive attitude and flexibility for occasional evenings/weekends
✅ Sales-minded approach with the ability to recognize and act on cross-selling opportunities
