Position Overview
As an Automotive Diagnostic Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting and diagnosing a wide range of vehicle issues including electrical systems, engine drivability, airbag systems, and more. You will perform repairs as needed to ensure vehicle safety and customer satisfaction in a high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform all phases of automotive diagnostics and repairs
- Use electronic diagnostic equipment to identify mechanical and electrical issues
- Conduct thorough examinations following checklists for all vehicle systems
- Repair engines, transmissions, brakes, steering, suspension, HVAC, and other systems
- Maintain compliance with dealership policies and safety standards
- Provide exceptional customer service ensuring customer satisfaction
- Utilize up-to-date automotive scanners and technology
Qualifications
- Master Automotive Skill Level experience with a minimum of 5 years in a shop environment
- Own tools and possess strong mechanical knowledge across domestic and foreign vehicles
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn and adapt
- Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Positive attitude and teamwork skills

- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
Compensation & Schedule
- Annual Salary: $60,000 and up (depending on experience)
- Full-Time, Day Shift (Monday - Friday)
