Accounts Payable Clerk - Corporate Office |
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Process invoices for payment, ensure proper General Ledger coding, documentation and approvals are received.
- Reconcile vendor statements, research, and correct discrepancies.
- Ability to multi-task and ensure time management of projects and priorities.
- Assists A/P Supervisor and accounting department with monthly closing responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- QuickBooks knowledge
- Proficient in Excel
- Proficient in data entry
- Detail oriented
Work Schedule/Location:
- Full-time
- Monday through Friday 9am - 6pm
- Corporate Office - Arlington, TX
Salary: 18 - $20 (Based on experience)
Physical setting:
- Corporate Office
Experience Preferred:
- 1 year of Minimum Experience with Excel, Quickbooks, Data Entry.
- Accounts payable
