About the Role:

As a Physician specializing in Primary Care, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients seeking medical attention, providing comprehensive and continuous care across a wide range of health issues. Your role is critical in diagnosing, treating, and managing acute and chronic illnesses while promoting preventive health measures to improve patient outcomes. You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop individualized care plans that address both physical and mental health needs. Minimum Qualifications:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid and unrestricted medical license to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or a related primary care specialty.
• Completion of an accredited residency program in primary care.
• Demonstrated ability to provide patient-centered care with strong clinical decision-making skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in outpatient or community health settings.
• Additional certifications in areas such as geriatrics, pediatrics, or chronic disease management.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telemedicine platforms.
• Training or experience in behavioral health integration.
• Participation in continuing medical education (CME) and professional development activities.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient examinations, including medical history reviews and physical assessments.
• Diagnose and treat a variety of acute and chronic medical conditions.
