Customer Sales Representative

Day to Day Responsibilities

• Act as a brand representative at events, tradeshows, and promotional locations
• Interact with customers to explain products and services in a clear and engaging way
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
• Create and share brand related content across social media platforms
• Engage with online audiences by responding to comments, reviews, and messages
• Support the planning and execution of marketing events and campaigns
• Increase brand awareness through referrals, networking, and direct outreach

Preferred Background and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field is preferred, not required
• Experience in sales, promotions, customer service, or brand representation is a plus
• Comfortable being on camera or creating content for social platforms
• Familiarity with social media tools or scheduling platforms such as Hootsuite is helpful
• Outgoing personality with strong communication and people skills
• Ability to stay organized and adapt in a fast paced, team oriented environment
