Job Summary: Daily operations of the parts department as they pertain to sales, customer retention, prospecting, supporting outside sales, and waiting on walk-in customers.

Essential Duties:
- Learn the trailer industry by training with experienced associates, reading, studying and using dealership business software.
- Research, prospect and visit all potential parts customers in a defined territory.
- Two-Three days a week on the road visiting existing accounts and prospecting new customers.
- Establish sales goals on a yearly basis and review with the Supervisor on a regular basis on how to best achieve these goals.
- Work directly with the Branch Manager to grow the customer base.
- CRM Be able to use and maintain CRM database to enter all customer activities.
- In office support of the parts department counter activities.
- Communicate and respond to the needs of the parts team.
- Be proficient in using the internet, corresponding to emails, and managing phone calls.
- Maintain gross profit standards.
- Sell all UKTS departments and how it would benefit our customers needs (Sales, Service, Leasing, Financing).

Education and Experience:
- Education This position requires a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Experience Prior sales experience preferred.
Physical Environments:
- Noise levels are quiet to moderate at times.
- The physical exertion is moderate and may require lifting to 50 pounds.
- Time is split between an office setting and on the road.
