Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Additional evening and weekend hours as needed)

What You'll Do
As a Landscape Crew Lead / Laborer, you will assist with and lead various landscape installation and maintenance projects, including:
Landscape Installation & Construction
- Plant trees, shrubs, flowers, groundcover, and other landscape materials.
- Install mulch, sod, decorative stone, and landscape bed materials.
- Assist with hardscape and irrigation installation projects.
- Read and follow planting plans, layouts, and plantograms.
Lawn & Landscape Maintenance
- Perform mowing, trimming, weed eating, edging, and general property maintenance.
- Maintain landscape beds and ensure properties remain clean and attractive.
- Monitor completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
Site Preparation & Material Handling
- Assist with grading, excavation support, and site preparation activities.
- Load, unload, transport, and organize materials, tools, and equipment.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
Equipment & Tool Operation
- Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and light equipment.
- Assist with routine maintenance and care of company tools and equipment.
- Help maintain company vehicles and equipment in clean, serviceable condition.
Irrigation Support
- Assist with irrigation system installation, repair, and maintenance.
Leadership & Teamwork
- Lead by example through professionalism, accountability, and quality workmanship.
- Work closely with supervisors, crew members, and equipment operators to complete projects safely and efficiently.
- Help train and support less experienced team members when needed.
Safety & Quality
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Maintain a strong focus on workmanship, attention to detail, and client satisfaction.
- Represent MEH Groundworks professionally when interacting with clients, vendors, and the public.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous landscaping, lawn care, irrigation, construction, or outdoor labor experience preferred
- Experience operating landscaping equipment and tools is a plus
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials and equipment throughout the workday
