Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Property Consultant role located in Cairo. The Property Consultant will be responsible for advising clients on real estate purchases, sales, and investments while fostering long-term relationships with clients. Daily tasks include conducting market research, preparing property listings, coordinating property viewings, and negotiating transactions to meet client needs. The role requires a balance of customer service excellence and sales expertise alongside strong market knowledge.
Qualifications
· Proficiency in Consulting and Real Estate expertise.
· Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
· Excellent Customer Service abilities
· Experience in Sales within the real estate or related industries
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
· Ability to work onsite and collaborate with a team
· A valid real estate license is required
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is an advantage

Pay: $110,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
