As a Client Service Coordinator, you’ll work alongside the account director and operations leaders to help manage the day-to-day activities that keep our client engagements running smoothly — from tracking project milestones and documentation to supporting sales processes and reporting.
This role sits at the intersection of client service, sales support, and internal coordination, offering hands-on exposure to enterprise account management within a global cloud organization.

Compensation Range: $50K - $80K

Key Responsibilities (not Limited To)
- Support the Account Director in organizing and tracking ongoing client projects and deliverables.
- Manage and organize documentations (Contracts, billing milestones, etc)
- Assist with reporting and approvals.
- Help prepare meeting notes, follow-ups, and weekly or monthly account summaries.
- Assist in developing client presentations, proposals, and review decks.
- Support CSP (Cloud Service Provider) documentation including opportunity registrations, funding requests, and AWS updates.
- Stay current on client and industry news to provide relevant context to the account team.
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- Strong communicator who can summarize and track details clearly.
- Collaborative and professional in working with internal stakeholders.
- Curious about technology, cloud, and enterprise consulting.
- Eager to learn and grow into client-facing or operations-focused roles.
- Bachelor’s degree (Business, Communications, or related field) or equivalent experience.
- 0–2 years of professional or internship experience in a coordination, operations, or support role.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; Salesforce or similar CRM experience a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior exposure to B2B, technology, or professional services environments.
- Interest in AWS, Azure, or cloud computing.
- Experience supporting client projects or managing documentation workflows.
