Insurance Specialist

We're looking for a warm, organized, and detail-oriented Insurance Insurance Specialist to be the first point of contact for our clients and a key support to our team. You'll be the face and voice of our agency, helping clients feel welcomed and cared for while keeping our office running smoothly. You will be intaking potential client information as well outbound calls to educate current clients on what we offer here in office.

Salary Range: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Hourly Base Salary Commission Bonus Opportunities

Obtain a Washington State insurance license

5 years of experience in a receptionist, customer service, or administrative role (insurance or professional office experience a plus)

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment

Proficient with basic computer programs (Microsoft Office, email, scheduling software)

CRM Knowledge

Greet clients and visitors in a friendly, professional manner (in person and by phone)

Answer and route incoming calls; take detailed messages when needed

Schedule and manage appointments for agents

Assist clients with basic policy questions, payments, and document requests

Maintain accurate client records and update information in agency management systems

Process incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and email correspondence

Support agents with administrative tasks: filing, data entry, preparing documents

Order and maintain office supplies

Assist with special projects, mailers, or client outreach as needed

Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment
