Freight Broker / Logistics Coordinator

We are looking for a motivated, relationship-driven Freight Broker to join our growing team. This is a true cradle-to-grave brokerage role, meaning you will manage the entire freight process from developing customer relationships to securing carrier capacity and ensuring successful delivery.

What You’ll Do

Build and grow your own book of business

Develop long-term relationships with shippers and carriers

Source, negotiate, and secure carrier capacity

Quote, price, and manage freight shipments

Track loads and communicate updates proactively

Resolve issues quickly and professionally

Deliver excellent customer service from pickup to delivery

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure operational success

What We’re Looking For

Freight brokerage experience required

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities simultaneously

Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency

Relationship-focused mindset

Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
