What You’ll Do
Coordinate and manage shipments across FTL, LTL, and white glove services
Ensure high-quality execution for deliveries that require care, precision, and professionalism
Stay ahead of shipments with proactive tracking and communication
Handle issues calmly and efficiently, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
Work cross-functionally with sales, customers, and operations teams
Maintain clean, accurate records and organized workflows
Create a smooth, reliable experience for customers from pickup to delivery
