Role Overview
We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to drive revenue growth across our dermatology and nutrition portfolio brands.
This role is responsible for owning performance, P&L, and growth execution across multiple digital channels, including DTC (Shopify), Amazon, and paid media platforms.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role — not just a management position. The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable analyzing data, making strategic decisions, and working directly with teams to implement and optimize campaigns, funnels, and growth initiatives.
You will play a critical role in scaling the business by:
Identifying growth opportunities

Driving execution across marketing channels and funnels
Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Ownership & P&L Management
● Own revenue growth and performance across assigned brands
● Manage and optimize key financial drivers including CAC, LTV, MER, and contribution margin
● Develop and manage growth plans aligned with revenue and profitability targets
Growth Strategy and Execution
● Identify opportunities to scale revenue across channels including Meta, Google, TikTok,
Amazon, and DTC
● Make clear decisions on where to scale, reduce spend, or reallocate resources
● Translate insights into actionable plans and ensure execution
Funnel Optimization & Conversion
● Analyze and optimize full customer journey: Ad → Landing Page → Offer → Checkout → Retention
● Identify and fix conversion bottlenecks
● Improve conversion rate, AOV, and retention across funnels
Paid Media and Channel Direction
● Work closely with paid media teams to: Guide budget allocation; Define testing priorities; Improve campaign performance
● Ensure alignment between channel execution and growth strategy
Creative & Offer Strategy
● Define creative testing angles and messaging strategies
● Partner with creative teams to brief and iterate on performance-driven assets
● Collaborate on offers, bundles, and pricing strategies to drive conversion
Testing & Experimentation
● Own the testing roadmap across: Creative; Offers; Funnels; Channels
● Prioritize tests based on expected impact and speed
● Analyze results and scale winning strategies
Cross-Functional Execution
● Ensure alignment across teams and drive accountability for results and partner with: Paid media (execution), Creative teams (asset development)
Required Qualifications
● 4–8 years of experience in growth, performance marketing, or DTC eCommerce
● Proven experience managing or influencing revenue growth and P&L
● Experience in Growth Marketing and a proven track record of executing strategies that drive measurable business results.
● Proficiency in Marketing Analytics and Web Analytics to evaluate and optimize campaign performance.
● Strong Project Management skills to plan, coordinate, and execute marketing initiatives effectively.
● Knowledge of Marketing Automation platforms and their application to streamline marketing processes.
● Strong understanding of: Paid media (Meta, Google, TikTok); Conversion funnels and optimization; CAC, LTV, and profitability metrics
● Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
● Experience working in fast-paced, performance-driven environments
Preferred Qualifications
● Experience in dermatology, skincare, health, or nutrition brands
● Experience with subscription-based or repeat purchase models
● Familiarity with Shopify, Amazon, and multi-channel eCommerce ecosystems
