Are you passionate about building quality from the ground up—not just on projects, but across an entire organization?
MegaKC is looking for an experienced Quality Control Manager to lead quality efforts on a major wastewater treatment construction project while developing the quality standards, processes, and systems that will shape the future of our company.
This is more than a project role-it's an opportunity to build a quality program from the ground up and leave a lasting impact on a growing heavy civil contractor.
What You'll Do:
✔ Lead project quality planning, inspections, testing, and documentation
✔ Develop and implement company-wide quality processes and standards
✔ Partner with operations, field leadership, owners, engineers, and subcontractors
✔ Drive continuous improvement and foster a culture of quality and accountability
What We're Looking For:
- 5 years of construction quality, QA/QC, or related experience
- Heavy civil, water/wastewater, or industrial construction experience preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and process development skills
- Someone who enjoys creating systems, solving problems, and making a lasting impact
