Position 1: Seed Packing Associate
Responsibilities:
- Pack and portion seeds accurately
- Use a precision scale to weigh seeds according to requirements
- Count seeds by quantity for certain orders
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Requirements:
- Detail-oriented, patient, and careful with hands
- Good eyesight and ability to handle very small seeds
- Comfortable sitting for extended periods
- Responsible and attentive to accuracy
Work Schedule:
- 2–3 days per week with opportunity to transition to 4-5 days in the next few months
- Monday is required; other days are flexible
- Typical hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Flexible start/end time (±1–2 hours)

Position 2: Small Size Live Plant Packing Associate
Responsibilities:
- Pack live plants according to guidelines
- Ensure plants are secured and protected for safe shipping
- Follow packing procedures to maintain quality during transit
Requirements:
- Careful, patient, and gentle handling
- Basic knowledge of plants or willingness to learn plant care needs
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility
- Able to maintain consistent packing quality
Work Schedule:
- Monday, Wednesday and Friday
- Typical hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Flexible start/end time (±1–2 hours)

Work Environment: Indoor in a workshop surrounded by greenhouses, with stairs required to access the workshop (no ramp available).
Compensation:
$18 per hour, paid based on clocked time. Time is prorated to the exact minutes worked. Plus Bi-annual performance-based bonus. We issue Form 1099NEC.
