The Role
We’re hiring an Outbound Lead to build Mega’s outbound engine from scratch. You’ll be the owner of email, call, and direct mail outreach, designing the strategy, building the systems, and generating qualified pipeline every week.
This is a high-ownership IC role with the opportunity to build a team as the channel scales.
- Own outbound across email, calling, and direct mail—from list building to copy to execution.
- Build and manage targeted outbound campaigns that generate qualified leads for sales.
- Collaborate closely with sales to optimize handoff, conversion, and pipeline quality.
- Analyze performance rigorously and iterate fast; we value weekly execution over meetings.
- Establish repeatable outbound playbooks that can eventually support a larger outbound team.
Within your first year, you’ll have created a predictable outbound motion that consistently contributes 10–20% of total leads.
You’ll understand which audiences convert, which campaigns work, and how to scale outreach without sacrificing quality. You’ll run independently, move fast, and operate with high urgency.
