Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to multiple departments
- Assist with billing processes, invoice review, and payment reconciliation
- Enter and maintain accurate member, provider, and billing information
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and spreadsheets
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to email inquiries professionally
- Process documents while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies
- Maintain electronic and paper filing systems
- Schedule meetings and assist with general office operations
- Support special projects and other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 2 years of administrative support, office administration, or billing experience
- Previous experience in healthcare, health insurance, medical billing, or insurance is highly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Comfortable learning new software and internal systems
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Preferred Experience
- Health insurance or healthcare administration
- Medical billing or insurance billing support
- Data entry and document management
- Customer service or member services experience
