An Astoria based General Contracting firm is currently seeking a part-time Resident Liaison. The Resident Liaison is a passionate mission-oriented person with strong interpersonal skills who will support the implementation of team strategies. The Resident liaison reports to the team Director and this position will be primarily responsible for supporting resident engagement for affordable housing projects undergoing rehabilitation. Responsibilities will include resident communications, meeting preparations, canvassing, reporting, note keeping as well as general administrative support and data entry as may be required.
