We seek a highly experienced PeopleSoft Functional Analyst specializing in Absence Management and Time & Labor modules. The ideal candidate will develop functional specifications, review existing systems, and recommend solutions to optimize current implementations while leading the migration to PeopleSoft 9.2.

Minimum Qualifications
- Extensive hands-on experience with PeopleSoft HCM versions 9.1 and 9.2.
- Proven expertise in upgrading Absence Management and Time & Labor modules from version 9.1 to 9.2.
- Ability to perform fit/gap analysis for AM and TL processes and customizations to define requirements for version 9.2.
- Deep experience in PeopleSoft 9.2 Absence Management configuration, calculations, online validations, and batch processes.
- Strong functional understanding of the Oracle database structure and current module definitions.
- Experience supporting highly customized Production Absence Management and Time & Labor modules in version 9.1.
- Excellent documentation skills with the ability to clearly articulate requirements and solutions to development teams.
- Proficiency in translating business needs into functional specifications, leveraging delivered 9.2 capabilities to minimize custom solutions.
- Ability to present implementation models to an architecture team for review and approval.
- Experience developing test plans, tracking requirements traceability, and providing defect resolution.
- Strong knowledge of integration points between PeopleSoft modules.
- Technical acumen is a plus for effective collaboration with technical resources.
Responsibilities

- Collaborating with functional team leads to analyze, document, and validate customer requirements.
- Supporting the technical team from a functional perspective during solution implementation.
- Developing queries and formatted reports; working directly with the Technical Team to convey business requirements.
- Providing application expertise to assess and resolve Production system incidents and issues.
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams (DBAs, System Administrators, vendors) for problem-solving and system support, including off-hours batch processing as needed.
- Maintaining expertise in PeopleSoft 9.1/9.2, PeopleTools, and related technologies.
- Developing functional documentation for change management and Production implementation.
- Assisting team leaders with cross-training, project reporting, and maintaining a strong functional understanding of HCM, Payroll, and related modules.
