Business Analyst (2 Positions)

Position Overview

We are seeking two collaborative Business Analysts to bridge the gap between our business units and technology teams. You will be responsible for evaluating business processes, uncovering needs, and delivering data-driven insights and solutions that drive strategic decisions. Your expertise in communication and systems analysis will be key to optimizing our operations and fostering strong, lasting partnerships across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders across all levels to analyze business needs, define requirements, and develop comprehensive documentation.
• Continuously evaluate and analyze system processes, communicating requirements and progress through regular status reports.
• Develop and maintain clear internal and external documentation, from initial requirements to process guides.
• Perform daily systems analytics to identify opportunities for improvement, troubleshoot issues, and maximize operational effectiveness.
• Build trusted relationships with partners to ensure optimized systems integration and address executive inquiries with well-researched recommendations.
  
  

Mandatory Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven experience with Microsoft applications, including Visio or Lucidchart for process mapping.
• Exceptional documentation skills and a demonstrated ability to communicate complex information clearly to stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a team-oriented environment.
