Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Barista to join our team. As a Barista at Megalatte, you will be responsible for creating delicious coffee beverages, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to a welcoming environment for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee and tea beverages that adhere to the company’s high standards.
- Interact with customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Operate coffee-making equipment, including espresso machines and grinders.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a Barista or in a similar role preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Pay: $10.00 - $25.00 per hour
