Role Description The Owner at Park Nicollet is responsible for overseeing the overall direction, performance, and long-term success of a designated business unit, service line, or practice area. This full-time, on-site role in Minneapolis, MN involves setting strategic goals, monitoring financial performance, and ensuring alignment with organizational standards for quality, safety, and patient experience. On a day-to-day basis, the Owner collaborates with clinical and administrative leaders, reviews operational metrics, and makes decisions about resource allocation, staffing, and service improvements. The role also involves engaging with key stakeholders, supporting compliance with policies and regulations, and fostering a culture of accountability, inclusivity, and continuous improvement. The Owner is expected to be present on-site to lead teams, resolve issues in real time, and maintain strong visibility and accessibility with staff and partners.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in business ownership, practice management, or senior operational leadership within healthcare or a comparable service-oriented industry.
• Strong strategic planning, financial management, and budget oversight skills, with the ability to interpret performance data and drive sustainable growth.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop diverse teams, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the capacity to work effectively with clinical, administrative, and community partners.
• Solid understanding of healthcare operations, regulatory requirements, and quality and safety standards, or a strong willingness and aptitude to learn these domains.
• High level of integrity, sound judgment, and decision-making skills, with a focus on patient-centered care and organizational goals.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field required; advanced degree (MBA, MHA, or equivalent) or significant equivalent experience is preferred.
• Ability to work full time on-site in Minneapolis, MN, with flexibility to respond to operational needs and occasional extended hours.
