This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lexington, KY. The Construction Superintendent will oversee daily operations and manage construction projects from inception to completion while ensuring timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols are met. Responsibilities include supervising on-site activities, coordinating with team members and subcontractors, maintaining project schedules, and resolving issues to ensure the successful execution of projects.
- Proficiency in Construction Site Management and ensuring adherence to Construction Safety protocols
- Strong Organization Skills for managing schedules, resources, and team activities
- Experience in Budgeting and cost management within construction projects
- Expertise in Project Management, including the ability to manage timelines, subcontractors, and deliverables effectively
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with teams, clients, and stakeholders
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Previous experience as a Construction Superintendent preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in Construction Management or a related field is a plus
