Responsibilities
· Oversee daily on-site construction operations and ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
· Supervise crews and subcontractors, providing direction, support, and accountability.
· Be willing to learn and use construction management tools, including online platforms for daily reports and progress tracking.
· Review contracts with an understanding of workflow processes and cost impacts.
· Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with plans and blueprints.
· Collaborate with Project Managers, engineers, suppliers and subcontractors to resolve issues and maintain workflow.
· Prepare detailed reports on schedules, costs, risks, and overall project progress.
· Be a positive representative of our company.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar construction management role.
- Strong understanding of ground-up construction and site operations.
- Willingness to learn new technology and our way of building.
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage conflict.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of quality control processes and construction best practices.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $72,900.00 - $125,000.00 per year
