As a Stock Associate, you will support daily inventory operations by receiving, organizing, and stocking merchandise while maintaining a clean and orderly work environment. This position plays a vital role in ensuring products are available, accessible, and accurately accounted for.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming shipments
- Stock shelves, storage areas, or inventory locations accurately
- Maintain organized stockrooms and inventory areas
- Assist with inventory counts, audits, and restocking efforts
- Ensure products are properly labeled and stored according to company standards
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies
- Support sales floor or operations teams as needed
- Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous stocking, warehouse, or retail experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to lift, move, and organize merchandise as required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
- Basic communication skills and a positive attitude
