Job Summary:
The LIMS Implementation Lead is responsible for leading the end-to-end deployment, configuration, and integration of a laboratory information management system (LIMS) within regulated environments. This role translates laboratory workflows into digital solutions, ensures compliance with validation standards, and drives successful system adoption through collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Lead full lifecycle implementation, configuration, and integration of LIMS solutions
- Analyze laboratory and shop-floor workflows and translate them into system requirements and digital processes
- Coordinate and manage integrations between LIMS and other laboratory systems
- Drive Computer System Validation (CSV) activities, including authoring user requirements specifications (URS) and executing IQ/OQ/PQ protocols
- Support system deployment, including on-site go-live and hypercare activities
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, system usability, and user adoption
- Ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements throughout implementation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM-related field
- Proven experience implementing and validating enterprise applications in regulated environments
- Hands-on experience with Thermo SampleManager LIMS
- Strong knowledge of GMP and Computer System Validation (CSV) processes
- Experience integrating LIMS with laboratory systems
- Ability to manage complex projects and drive successful system adoption
