Job Summary:

The LIMS Implementation Lead is responsible for leading the end-to-end deployment, configuration, and integration of a laboratory information management system (LIMS) within regulated environments. This role translates laboratory workflows into digital solutions, ensures compliance with validation standards, and drives successful system adoption through collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead full lifecycle implementation, configuration, and integration of LIMS solutions
  • Analyze laboratory and shop-floor workflows and translate them into system requirements and digital processes
  • Coordinate and manage integrations between LIMS and other laboratory systems
  • Drive Computer System Validation (CSV) activities, including authoring user requirements specifications (URS) and executing IQ/OQ/PQ protocols
  • Support system deployment, including on-site go-live and hypercare activities
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, system usability, and user adoption
  • Ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements throughout implementation


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a STEM-related field
  • Proven experience implementing and validating enterprise applications in regulated environments
  • Hands-on experience with Thermo SampleManager LIMS
  • Strong knowledge of GMP and Computer System Validation (CSV) processes
  • Experience integrating LIMS with laboratory systems
  • Ability to manage complex projects and drive successful system adoption
