Senior Clinical Data Manager
Location: New York City (West Harlem) – Hybrid (1 day onsite per week)

The Opportunity
We are partnering with a clinical-stage biotechnology company based in NYC that is redefining how cancer is treated.
The Role
As a Clinical Data Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity, quality, and timeliness of clinical trial data across outsourced studies. This is a hands-on individual contributor role and will suit someone who enjoys working closely with CROs and cross-functional partners in a fast-moving biotech environment.
You’ll work closely with Clinical Operations and external vendors to support ongoing and upcoming clinical trials.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end clinical data management activities for outsourced studies
- Act as the primary point of contact for CRO data management teams
- Review and approve key data management deliverables (DMPs, edit checks, database locks, etc.)
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance with GCP and regulatory standards
- Support clinical study reporting and regulatory submissions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Clinical Operations and other external partners
- Contribute to process improvement and data standards as the company scales
Requirements
- Proven experience in clinical data management within biotech or pharma or CRO
- Comfortable working in small, high-impact teams and wearing multiple hats
- Strong experience managing outsourced CROs
- Solid understanding of GCP, CDISC standards, and regulatory expectations
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and confident operating in a pre-IPO environment
- Prior oncology experience is required
