Due to continued success in 2025 and exceeding our revenue/profitability targets to start 2026, we are now looking for a Lead Delivery Recruiter to contribute their industry expertise, deliver exceptional performance, and provide innovative insights to enhance our business operations, ensuring our continued evolution and success through 2026 and beyond.

Job Outline:

As a Lead Delivery Recruiter, you will consistently perform to a high level whilst acting as a mentor to junior members of the team. You will be role model who demonstrates commercial insight and creates opportunities through the identification and development of new and existing candidate relationships. You can lead job intake calls in collaboration with the 360/business development team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understanding the qualities of desirable candidates within relevant verticals.
• Building an extensive network of both active and passive candidates across multiple verticals.
• Conducting thorough candidate qualification calls covering technical expertise, ideals, and motivations.
• Sharing and gaining market information and leads when speaking to candidates.
• Handling candidate objections with confidence.
• Assessing candidate placeability and prioritizing activity based on placeability scores.
• Managing interview and offer processes with candidates.
• Candidate post-placement aftercare.
• Working with ISM to develop a candidate generation strategy and contribute to outbound marketing.
• Leading job intake calls with client partner account clients.

Qualifications:

• 18 months of experience recruiting for Life Sciences or Technical roles (REQUIRED)
• Being able to manage recruiting for multiple different business lines at once
