They are looking to add a highly driven Founding Partnership Leader to their team to drive new business growth, build strategic customer relationships, and help establish the commercial foundation of the company as it enters its next phase of scale. Working closely with leadership, product, and customer-facing teams, this individual will play a key role in shaping the go-to-market strategy and overall growth trajectory of the business.
Expectations:
• Own the complete sales process from initial outreach through contract negotiation and close
• Identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities within enterprise and mid-market accounts
• Build relationships with senior decision-makers and key stakeholders across target organisations
• Collaborate closely with leadership, product, and customer-facing teams to drive commercial success
• Help establish and refine sales processes, methodologies, and best practices as the business scales
• Develop and manage a healthy pipeline while consistently achieving revenue targets
• Understand customer challenges and position technology solutions that deliver measurable business value
• Contribute to the growth of the broader commercial function as one of the early sales hires
Requirements:
• 4–8 years of experience in SaaS, software, data, or technology sales
• Demonstrated success managing and closing complex B2B sales cycles
• Experience selling to enterprise customers is preferred
• Strong new business development and prospecting capabilities
• Comfortable operating in a high-growth startup environment with evolving priorities
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to take ownership and build processes from scratch
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally with commercial, product, and technical teams
• Based in New York City or open to relocation
