Position Overview:
We are looking for a Group Copy Supervisor to lead the development of bold, strategically grounded creative across HCP and patient campaigns. This is a concept-led role requiring strong ideation skills, confident client presentation ability, and experience working closely with medical strategy and cross-functional teams. You will play a key role in shaping campaigns from early-stage concepting through to execution across rare disease and dermatology accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Concept Development: Lead the generation of strong, strategically driven creative concepts across HCP and patient campaigns, with a focus on rare disease and dermatology.
- Creative Leadership: Guide and mentor junior writers while collaborating closely with art directors and cross-functional teams to develop integrated campaign ideas.
- Client Presentation: Present creative concepts and strategic thinking to clients with confidence and clarity, incorporating feedback and driving approvals.
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner with medical strategy and account teams to ensure all creative is insight-led, scientifically accurate, and aligned with brand objectives.
- Campaign Execution: Oversee creative development from concept through to rollout, ensuring consistency across omnichannel deliverables including digital, print, and video.
Qualifications:
- Approximately 5 years of copywriting experience within healthcare advertising or pharmaceutical agency settings.
- Strong concepting ability with proven experience developing integrated HCP and/or patient campaigns.
- Experience working across rare disease and/or dermatology preferred.
- Exposure to medical strategy collaboration highly desirable.
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills, with confidence in client-facing environments.
