Role Title: DeskSide Support Lead

We’re looking for an experienced Deskside Support professional to join a fast-paced environment supporting a major biotech organization in Princeton. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with strong leadership and customer-facing skills.
Key Responsibilities
Provide deskside support across a large, distributed workforce, including remote users across the U.S.
Act as an escalation point and offer on-call support for executive committee (EC) members
Support and manage end-user technology including:
- Windows laptops
- MacBooks
- iPhones
- Microsoft 365 / Office suite
Oversee and support ~200 meeting rooms and a 4-seat auditorium, including:
- Live events
- Town halls
- AV and conferencing technology
Coordinate workplace setup, including remote and specialized environments
Manage IT assets and inventory:
- Ordering equipment
- Receiving vendor goods
- Stock tracking and asset lifecycle
- Supporting invoicing processes
Leadership & Communication
Lead and guide a deskside support team in a high-performance environment
Communicate effectively with senior executives, demonstrating confidence and professionalism
Balance technical expertise with excellent customer service
Mentor team members and maintain a strong service-oriented culture
Key Skills & Experience
Strong hands-on experience with end-user devices and enterprise IT environments
Proven leadership and team coordination skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management, especially with senior leadership
Ability to work at pace and manage competing priorities
Strong focus on customer experience and service delivery
