The Commercial Engagement Lead will play a pivotal role in shaping how the company partners with top global pharma teams.
Job Responsibilities
- Own and manage two to three major pharmaceutical client accounts
- Serve as a strategic and execution partner to brand teams and digital enablement groups
- Translate client strategy and insights into actionable content and deliverables across internal teams
- Build early commercial and client success processes to support rapid scaling
- Collaborate closely with founders and commercial leadership to shape the company’s client engagement model
Job Requirements
- 2-5 years in consulting or banking
- Background with firms such as McKinsey, BCG, Bain, ClearView, Deloitte Strategy, Accenture Strategy, or analyst roles at JPM, MS, GS, Evercore, Centerview, Lazard, or PJT
- Highly organized, intellectually sharp, and an exceptional communicator
- Desire to move beyond slides and models into a hands-on role with direct client ownership
- NYC-based candidate able to work onsite five days per week; top-20 U.S. undergraduate degree preferred
