As our fulfillment division continues to expand, we are seeking a high-performing, motivated, experienced and commercially driven Business Development Manager to accelerate revenue growth, expand our customer base, expand strategic partnerships, and drive customer acquisition within the e-commerce and fulfillment sector.


Position Overview


This is a high-impact, growth-focused E-Commerce Fulfillment Business Development Manager role responsible for expanding Meest Fulfillment’s customer base and strengthening our market presence within e-commerce, logistics, warehousing, and 3PL fulfillment solutions.

We are looking for a driven and commercially minded Business Development Manager focused primarily on fulfillment and 3PL solutions.


This role will be responsible for:


  • Managing inbound leads
  • Generating outbound opportunities
  • Building strategic partnerships
  • Growing long-term customer relationships
  • Helping improve and scale the current sales and onboarding process
  • Supporting the overall growth of the fulfillment business


This is not a transactional sales role. We are looking for someone who can contribute to the long-term growth of the business while working closely with operations, onboarding, and leadership teams.

Candidates with existing industry relationships or a book of business are strongly preferred.


Key Responsibilities


Business Development, Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Manage inbound fulfillment leads and opportunities
  • Generate new business through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, partnerships, and industry outreach
  • Present Meest Fulfillment solutions to e-commerce brands, retailers, distributors, and growing businesses
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
  • Conduct discovery calls, pricing discussions, and solution presentations
  • Negotiate and close new business opportunities
  • Develop strategic relationships within the e-commerce and fulfillment ecosystem


Strategic Partnerships & Client Relationship Management

  • Build strong long-term relationships with customers and partners
  • Understand customer operational needs and recommend tailored fulfillment solutions
  • Coordinate closely with operations and onboarding teams to ensure smooth client launches
  • Support account growth opportunities after onboarding
  • Act as a trusted advisor throughout the sales and onboarding process


Market Growth & Strategic Initiatives

  • Provide feedback and recommendations to improve sales flow, onboarding, and customer experience
  • Identify market trends, competitor activity, and growth opportunities
  • Assist leadership with strategic growth initiatives for the fulfillment division
  • Help improve positioning, sales processes, and overall customer acquisition strategy


Ideal Candidate


The ideal candidate is someone who understands both sales and operations within the fulfillment/e-commerce space and can help drive growth while contributing to the continued development of the fulfillment business.

They are proactive, relationship-driven, commercially minded, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment where growth, problem-solving, and customer experience all play an important role.


Qualifications & Experience


Required

·       Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management.

·       Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.

·       Self-motivated with a strong results-driven mindset.

·       Ability to manage opportunities from prospecting through closing

·       Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

·       Ability to work cross-functionally with operations and support teams.


Preferred

·       Experience in 3PL, fulfillment, logistics, e-commerce, or supply chain industries.

·       Understanding of warehousing, order fulfillment, shipping, and fulfillment operations.

·       Experience working with e-commerce brands, online retailers, or growing businesses.

·       Existing network or book of business within e-commerce, logistics, or fulfillment industries.

·       Experience working in a fast-growing operational environment.

·       Familiarity with Shopify, Amazon, or marketplace fulfillment solutions.
