We are expanding our Freight Forwarding Division and seeking a proactive, detail-oriented professional to support our commercial operations, enhance client communication, and strengthen overall sales coordination efforts. This position plays a vital role in ensuring that Meest-America Inc. consistently delivers efficient, accurate, and competitive logistics and freight forwarding solutions to clients across diverse markets.
Position Overview
The Sales Coordinator, Freight Forwarding supports Meest-America Inc.'s Commercial and Business Development teams by efficiently managing quote requests (RFQs), maintaining global agent and partner databases, and providing comprehensive administrative, analytical, and sales coordination support for ongoing freight forwarding and logistics initiatives.
This position requires a self-motivated, results-driven professional with the ability to identify, solve and fix IT Issues, drive results, and expand the team's working abilities. The role also involves close collaboration with the IT Team, and also collaboration and sync with internal operations, logistics, and other teams to ensure timely, accurate, cost-and prolonging services and solutions.

· pfSense server
· MS Windows server
· MS Windows 10/11,
· MS Office
Set up, support, and component upgrades for PC and laptop
Set up, support, and troubleshoot hardware problems and computer equipment - Cisco router and switches, printers, barcode scanners
Set up and support security systems - DVR/NVR
Set up and support a computer network
Soldering the LED Strip Lights & Bars
Technical support for Meest software's
