Inside Sales Representative

We’re looking for a few motivated, professional Inside Sales Representatives to join our growing team at Meerkat Pest Control.
This role is for someone who’s confident on the phone, competitive, coachable, and knows how to communicate with people. You’ll be the first impression for many of our customers — helping guide them toward solutions and setting appointments for our outside inspectors.
This is not a “read a script and collect a paycheck” type of sales job. We want sharp people who move with urgency, work well with a team, and take pride in performing at a high level.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming sales calls
- Set appointments for outside sales inspectors
- Sell pest protection services over the phone
- Build trust and confidence with customers
- Handle customer questions professionally
- Follow up with leads when needed
- Work closely with customer service and operations teams
Qualifications & Skills
- Must complete required questions and phone survey upon applying
- Strong phone presence and communication skills
- Clear, articulate, and professional presentation
- Coachable and willing to improve
- Must be able to close
- Highly motivated with a strong work ethic
- Team-player mentality
- 1 year of phone sales experience preferred
