What You’ll Do
- Prospect and develop a pipeline of potential new clients in your local area.
- Work closely with stakeholders on their hiring forecasts and needs.
- Move prospective new clients through the sales cycle through negotiation and closing.
- Conduct market research and stay abreast of industry trends to capitalize on new client prospects.
- Collaborate with an experienced recruiting team to ensure successful fulfillment of staffing needs.
- Leverage personal and company networks to establish connections with C-level executives.
- Attend regular stand-up meetings, demonstrating a collaborative and proactive approach.
- 3-15 years of successful business development experience within the professional staffing industry.
- Strong understanding of the staffing industry, with a focus on contract business.
- Proven track record of growing accounts from the ground up.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
- Previous experience in a consulting sales approach is highly advantageous.
- A tenured, experienced Recruiting team to focus on fulfilling your reqs.
