Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting user research, mapping user journeys, creating wireframes and interactive prototypes, and collaborating with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into elegant UX solutions. The designer will refine visual design elements, maintain design systems, run usability tests, and iterate based on data and feedback. The role also involves contributing to product strategy by advocating for user needs and ensuring accessibility and consistency across the platform.

Qualifications
- Strong Design Thinking and User Experience (UX) skills to structure problems, define user flows, and craft cohesive product experiences.
- Proficiency in User Research methods, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and synthesis of findings into actionable insights.
- Solid Visual Design capabilities with attention to typography, layout, color, and interaction patterns, plus experience maintaining a design system.
- Hands-on Prototyping skills using modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, XD, InVision) to create and iterate on wireframes and interactive concepts.
- Experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business teams in an agile environment.
- Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design, accessibility best practices, and UX metrics.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present and defend design decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX work, from research and ideation through visual design and shipped products.
