Roles & Responsibilities: Client is seeking a consultant to provide SCADA application support and Operational Technology services supporting the Board’s SCADA application environment. The following services / activities will be required:
- Support routine SCADA server maintenance.
- Support software updates and patch activities.
- Monitor interfaces and system connections.
- Troubleshoot SCADA application issues.
- Support PI Data Archive, PI Asset Framework, PI Vision, and iFIX HMI/SCADA environments.
- Support documentation and operational reporting requirements.
- Coordinate with Board operational stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical experience
- Minimum five (5) years SCADA support experience
- Experience supporting PI, iFIX, SCADA, and industrial environments
- Knowledge of NIST SP 800-82 and IEC 62443 preferred
