🚨 WE’RE HIRING: IT Applications Systems Specialist – Meditech Expanse 📍 Location: Grand Junction, Colorado 💰 Annual Salary: $99,840–$124,800 💼 Job Type: Full-Time | Contract-to-Permanent 🗓️ Schedule: Monday–Friday Position Overview We are seeking an experienced IT Applications Systems Specialist with a strong background in Meditech Expanse EHR systems to support clinical applications, optimize healthcare workflows, and provide technical assistance to healthcare professionals.
Key
- Provide expert support for Meditech Expanse EMR applications.
- Troubleshoot application issues and manage system incidents.
- Coordinate system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
- Train physicians and healthcare professionals on EMR workflows.
- Perform application testing, validation, and maintenance.
- Collaborate with IT and clinical teams to improve system performance and efficiency.
- Support clinical data integrity and application integration.
What we are looking for
- Minimum 5 years of acute care and/or ambulatory Meditech Expanse EHR experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Health Sciences, IT, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or equivalent education, experience, and training.
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare IT systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and project management skills.
